Supercheap Auto Racing’s Chaz Mostert was joined by 2002 Supercheap Auto Racing pilot Steve Ellery at Sandown Raceway ahead of the Supercars Retro Round.
Ellery’s 2002 Ford AU Falcon also accompanied the pair on Thursday afternoon and will be on display at the event across the weekend.
Mostert and co-driver Steve Owen will also sport retro-inspired suits, based on Ellery’s 2002 suit, for Sunday’s 500km race.
