Job Notes: Supply & manufacture of two High quality 10 x Meter hot dip galvanised Cantilever gates installed on Lee street Kelso, this project was done on behalf of state rail to be able to close off the main highway to divert all traffic down lee street during certain hours whilst the main highway was upgraded through Bathurst/Kelso, the gates where used to ensure all vehicle’s were stopped safely behind the train tracks, whilst all freight and passenger trains past in place of boom gates which have proven to be a safety risk at previous crossings. The gates will remain in place until the highway upgrade has been completed early April 2017.
