About the Merlin+ CM128 Genuine Wall Button (supplied as E148M)
That substitution is worth a paragraph, because a superseded part usually means something has been given up and here nothing has. The CM128 was ruled out on every EVO motor and on anything with Merlin+ 2.0 printed on the front of it. The E148M carries the entire list the CM128 carried and adds the whole Merlin+ 2.0 range on top. There is no opener the CM128 could work that the unit arriving cannot, which makes this one of the few supersessions where the buyer is unambiguously ahead.
The check that matters is the one on the motor itself rather than on the old plate. Read the model code off the label on the motor head. If it carries EVO or MYQ you are on the newer generation, and while what we ship will still suit you, the E148M listing is the one written for you. If it reads as a plain number, you are on the Merlin+ generation the CM128 was built for.

The CB22 control board and the LM800AMT are on it too, and it sits alongside a C945 handset in the same receiver.
A CR2032 comes fitted, the cover over it needs a tool, and the coding instructions are in the box. The unit that arrives is a four button plate, so a driveway gate or a second door can sit on it alongside the one it is mounted beside. The code rolls on every press.
