There is a lookalike with green buttons. Same shape, same size, close enough that a photograph will not save you, and it is not compatible with this one. Red buttons means you are in the right place. Green buttons means stop, and ring 1300 736 683 before spending anything. That is the whole check and it takes two seconds with the remote in your hand.

This is also the only listing in our ATA SecuraCode range named for a TX model rather than a PTX-4, which matters because it is how people find it. Somebody holding a handset marked TX-5 will search TX-5, and a page called PTX-4 Compatible is not going to come up for them. Underneath, it codes to the same receivers as the rest of the range.

Those are the CRX-1 and CRX-2 receivers, the GDO-2v5, GDO-2v6 and GDO-2v7 SecuraLift, the GDO-4v3 through GDO-4v6 EasyRoller, the GDO-6v1 and GDO-6v2 Slim Drive EasyRoller, the GDO-7v1 SecuraLift, the GDO-8v1 and GDO-8v2 EasyRoller II, and the GDO-9v1 SecuraLift. PTX5 remotes are not covered.

Four buttons run up to four doors or gates. The coding is rolling on 433 MHz, so the code changes on every press. The case is grey and slim at roughly 3 cm by 7 cm by 1.2 cm. A 23A 12V cylindrical cell is supplied fitted, behind a cover that needs a tool. Coding instructions and a key ring are both in the box, which is not true of every handset on this range.

If you have a drawer with several of these in it and no idea which are which, the buttons are the fastest sort. Reds in one pile, greens in another, and only the reds belong with this listing. It is a two minute job that saves ordering the wrong part twice.
